Dining Room is located on 87th floor of Park Hyatt Shanghai.  Utilising modern, innovative cooking techniques from around the world, Dining Room celebrates modern Shanghainese, Zhejiang and Jiangsu cuisines while respecting local culture and culinary traditions. Complementing our food is a selection of rare teas, huangjiu (yellow wine), baijiu (grain liquor) and Chinese wines, carefully curated by our sommelier.
